Harbin Weike Biotechnology Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Mid-Year Summary and Recognition Conference on July 16,2025, in

Conference Room 1058 of the Research Building at Harbin Veterinary Research Institute. General Manager Sun Yuan chaired the meeting, with attendees including Deputy Director Sun Baiming (Party Committee member), Director Zhang Xiaopeng (Party Committee member and company director), as well as leaders from Weishi Company such as General Manager Xiong Yongzhong and Deputy General Manager Sun Changhe. The board of directors, supervisory committee, senior executives, and all employees attended the conference. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the first-half operational achievements, recognized outstanding performers, outlined key tasks for the second half, and featured a special digital system training session conducted by Zhang Shuo, Technical Director of Tencent Cloud Heilongjiang Branch.

At the meeting, rotating president Zeng Xianying systematically summarized the company's outstanding achievements in production operations, R&D innovation, and other areas during the first half of the year. He emphasized that despite the complex and volatile market environment, the company successfully enhanced production capacity and optimized product structure through improved management processes and strengthened R&D efforts, with multiple key projects achieving significant phased breakthroughs. Meanwhile, Zeng objectively analyzed the current market competition pressures and industry challenges, and outlined three requirements for the second half of the year: First, focus on core business to improve quality and efficiency; Second, accelerate digital transformation; Third, continuously refine risk prevention systems.

Liu Jingli, Director of R&D and Chairman of the Trade Union, announced the "Decision on Commending the 'Quarterly Stars' for Q2 2025" and presented awards to outstanding individuals and teams honored in both the Q2 "Quarterly Stars" program and the "2025 Safety Production Month Knowledge Competition". This recognition initiative spans multiple sectors, aiming to foster an environment that promotes excellence and establishes exemplary models.

The meeting featured a dedicated digital training session. Zhang Shuo, Technical Director of Tencent Cloud Heilongjiang Branch, provided staff with detailed explanations on operational guidelines and application scenarios for the leave management system and online sales order platform. This initiative demonstrates the company's accelerated digital transformation efforts, leveraging technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and establish a solid foundation for precise management.

In his concluding remarks, General Manager Sun Yuan emphasized that all cadres and employees must focus on four key priorities in the second half of the year: First, consolidate existing strengths and maintain momentum to ensure exceeding annual targets. Second, concentrate on the critical third quarter to intensify market expansion and scientific research breakthroughs. Third, adhere to green and low-carbon principles while continuously advancing energy conservation and emission reduction. Fourth, leverage exemplary models to drive overall efficiency improvements through benchmarking.
