Spring returns to the earth, and all things renew. To honor excellence and unite efforts, inspiring all staff members to engage in the new year's work with greater enthusiasm, Weike Biotechnology grandly convened the 2025 First Quarter Commendation and Summary Conference on April 30. The meeting comprehensively reviewed the achievements and challenges of the first quarter and commended outstanding grassroots employees who demonstrated "advanced thinking, solid business skills, proficient techniques, efficient work, and down-to-earth conduct."
The conference was chaired by Sun Yuan, the company's rotating general manager. He first introduced the significant importance and schedule of the conference to all attendees. Then, Comrade Zeng Xianying, the company's rotating president, summarized the work of the first quarter and deployed tasks for the next phase. The president's words were powerful, eliciting enthusiastic applause from the audience.
Then, Comrade Mao Shenggang, the production director of the company, read out the energy saving and consumption reduction initiative. In order to actively respond to the national "double carbon" strategy and further promote the green and low-carbon development of the company, all cadres and staff should take the initiative as a guide, start from saving one kilowatt hour of electricity and one sheet of paper, and jointly build an energy-saving enterprise.
The next exciting award ceremony brought the conference to a climax. To promote excellence and set examples, Comrade Liu Jingli, the chairman of the company's trade union, read out the "Decision on Commending the' Quarterly Stars' of the First Quarter of 2025."
