In March 2025, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions launched a "innovation, creation, excellence and efficiency" four-creation campaign among female workers' organizations at all levels of trade unions in the city, female workers' cadres and female workers in general. The aim is to explore and cultivate a group of outstanding female workers and female workers' collectives in the municipal trade union system.

The“Weike Biotechnology Innovation Studio” established with the R&D Innovation Department of Weike Biotechnology Co., Ltd. as its core, was selected as one of ten innovative collectives in Harbin after a series of recommendations, intense competition, and comprehensive evaluation.
