【Main ingredients and content】The vaccine contains attenuated Chinese strain of porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus, attenuated CV777 strain of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, and attenuated G5 type NX strain of porcine rotavirus. The virus content of each vaccine dose is ≥105.0TCID50.
【Description】Yellow-white or slightly pink sponge-like loose masses, easy to detach from the bottle wall, and quickly dissolve after adding diluent.
【Function and Use】
To prevent the infection of porcine transmissible gastroenteritis, porcine epidemic diarrhea and porcine rotavirus (G5). The duration of immunity was 6 months. The passive immunity lasted until 7 days after weaning.
【Administration and dosage】Inoculate at the Houhai acupoint (the small hollow between the tail root and the anus). According to the dose indicated on the bottle label, dilute the vaccine to 1 ml/dose with sterile saline and inoculate at the Houhai acupoint (the small depression between the tail root and the anus). The depth of the needle insertion for 3-day-old piglets is 0.5 cm, and the depth increases with the age of the pigs. Deepen, 4cm for adult pigs. Pregnant sows are vaccinated 40 days before farrowing, and the second vaccination 20 days later, 1ml each time; piglets born to immunized sows are vaccinated 7-10 days after weaning with 1ml of vaccine; piglets born to unimmunized sows are vaccinated 3 days old with 1ml of vaccine.
【Warnings】
(1) This product is only used to prevent diarrhea in pigs caused by three viruses: porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus, porcine epidemic diarrhea virus and porcine rotavirus. It is ineffective for diarrhea caused by bacteria, parasites and other factors.
(2) Antibody monitoring should be carried out before immunization, and it should be used when the antibody level is low (the neutralizing antibody titer of TGE and PED is not higher than 1:4, and the neutralizing antibody titer of porcine rotavirus (PORV) is not higher than 1:8).
(3) The vaccine should be protected from high temperature and sunlight during transportation.
(4) Pregnant sows should be properly restrained during vaccination to avoid mechanical abortion.
(5) After the vaccine is diluted, it should be used within 1 hour.
(6) When inoculating the Houhai acupoint, the needle should be kept parallel to the spine or slightly above to avoid injecting the vaccine into the rectum.
(7) Used vaccine bottles, utensils and unused vaccines should be disposed of harmlessly.
