【Main Ingredients and Content】The vaccine contains porcine Pseudorabies virus TP strain, and the virus content of each vaccine should be ≥105.0TCID50.
【Description】
Light yellow sponge-like loose mass, easy to separate from the bottle wall, quickly dissolved after adding diluent.
【Function and Use】To prevent pseudorabies in pigs, immunity is generated 7 days after vaccination, and the immunity period is 6 months.
【Administration and Dosage】Intramuscular injection. Piglets with maternal antibodies are immunized with 1 ml (including 1 dose) at 8 to 10 weeks of age; piglets without maternal antibodies are immunized with 1 ml (including 1 dose) at 21 to 28 days of age; gilts are immunized once 4 to 5 weeks and 2 to 3 weeks before mating, 1 ml each time (including 1 dose); pregnant sows are immunized once 30 to 40 days before delivery, and 2 ml each time (including 2 doses); boars are immunized 2 to 3 times a year, 2 ml each time (including 2 doses).
【Side Effects】Generally no visible side effects.
【Warnings】
(1) During storage and transportation, the vaccine should be kept away from light and refrigerated.
(2) This product is only used to vaccinate healthy pigs.
(3) If the vaccine is found to be hygroscopic and deformed before dilution, it should be discarded.
(4) Pregnant sows should be properly restrained during vaccination to avoid mechanical abortion.
(5) The diluted vaccine should be stored in a cool and dark place and must be used up on the same day.
(6) During vaccination, routine aseptic operation should be performed and one needle should be replaced for each animal vaccinated.
(7) The remaining vaccine and empty bottles should not be discarded at will and must be heated or sterilized before being discarded.(9) This product is contraindicated 21 days before slaughter.
