【Ingredients and Contents】
The vaccine contains chicken Newcastle disease La Sota strain virus and infectious bronchitis LDT3-A strain virus. Before freeze-drying, each dose of the vaccine contains 106.7EID50 of chicken Newcastle disease La Sota strain virus and 104.5EID50 of chicken infectious bronchitis LDT3-A strain virus.
【Description】Milky white or yellowish white spongy loose lumps, easily separated from the bottle wall, and quickly dissolved after adding diluent.
【Function】Used to immunize chickens of various ages to prevent Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis.
【Administration and Dosage】
(1) Take a small amount of pre-cooled 2-8°C sterile saline and add it to the vaccine bottle to fully dissolve the vaccine.
(2) Dilute 2000 doses of vaccine into a total of 60ml sterile saline, 1000 doses of vaccine into a total of 30ml sterile saline, and 500 doses of vaccine into a total of 15ml sterile saline. Shake well.
(3) Use a dropper to draw up the vaccine and inoculate 0.03ml per chicken (1 dose) into the nose.
【Side Effects】 Generally no visible side effects.
【Warnings】
(1) Only healthy chickens should be vaccinated.
(2) After dilution, the vaccine should be placed in a cool place and used within 4 hours.
(3) The dropper, bottle and other equipment used for nasal drops should be sterilized in advance, and the immunization dose should be accurate.
(4) After use, the vaccine bottle and related equipment should be disposed of properly.
